If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ve designed a simple and easy return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.
Returns
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the toy must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. We ask that you reach out to our customer support team at support@toodleslearning.com before returning an item. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and clear instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To ensure a smooth return process, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, We will replace the order in 5-6 days
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, we are happy to assist you. Simply return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in ensuring our products arrive in excellent condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@toodleslearning.com. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue either a full refund or a replacement at no extra charge.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including personalized products, opened educational kits, digital products, and sale items. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please reach out to us before initiating a return.
